Meike currently offers two PRO E-mount lenses, the 55mm f/1.8 and 85mm f/1.8 FE. There is now a third lens coming. Meike global confirmed via chat (Source: Reddit) that they will launch the 35mm f/1. 8 Pro E-mount lens at the Cp+ show:

Sony is struggling to ramp up production to meet demand for the new Sony A1II. If you absolutely need it now, you’ll have to pay a whopping $9,444 on Amazon (click here if you don’t believe me).

Note: A source told me that Sony was able to increase production and the shortage should be resolved soon. So please don’t pay the $3,000 surcharge just yet!

I got the pricing info for the two new lenses coming on February 26:

• Sony 400-800mm f/6.3-8.0 G (B&H Photo, Amazon, Adorama) Weight 2,5kg, 105mm Filter, 2999 Euro
• Sony 16mm f/1.8 G (B&H Photo, Amazon, Adorama) 999 Euro

One more additional info is that the 400-800 G will have a 105mm filter size.

On the CP+ show page, the Cosina/Voigtlände event is officially listed for the launch of new lenses. No idea what’s coming, but I own the 40mm f/1.2 and the 50mm f/1.0 FE lens. So I’m very excited to see what else they have in store for us manual focus enthusiasts.
