Tamron financial results posted: Reports Sales growth and three more lenses coming in 2024

Tamron has reported an increase in sales and revenue, proving that the lens market is still booming. This is also good news for Sony, which owns 15 percent of Tamron’s shares. They also increased the forecast revenue and teased the launch of three more lenses in 2024:

Of the three lenses, I expect that some are just new Z- or X-mount versions of current E-mount lenses. And I am not at all sure that that crazy rumor about the 28-180 mm f/2.8 lens will turn out to be true. This lens will presumably be announced at September.
