I got word from a good source that Samyang will show a new 50mm f/1.5 lens for “some” mirrorless system cameras. I guess Samyang will not exclude the popular E-mount :)
The source told me the lens will have a low price, manual focusing only and of high optical quality. He didn’t share if the lens is made for APS-C E-mount cameras only or also for FF E-mount.
Reminder: Back in April Samyang said it’s difficult to add autofocus on E-mount system (article here). And they also announced 5 new E-mount lenses you can buy at BHphoto:
8mm f/2.8 UMC Fish-Eye as Sony E mount (Click here).
10mm f/2.8 ED AS NCS CS lens as Sony E mount (Click here) and as Sony A mount (Click here).
