Sigma will soon announce those new FE primes: 50mm f/1.2 and 50mm f/2.0
A reliable source told us that Sigma is going to launch two new FE primes sometimes in Q2 (April-June). The lenses will be:
- 50mm f1.2 DG DN Art (Almost same size as 35mm f1.2 DG DN Art)
- 50mm f2 DG DN Contemporary I series (Almost same size as 35mm f2 DG DN Art)
I don’t have info about the price yet but I guess the Sigma f/1.2 lens will be $500 less expensive than the Sony 50mm GM lens.
