Sony just posted their new teaser for the new sensor that will be featured on the Sony Xperia 1 V. This could be a game changer and I will soon explain on a new youtube video why we Alpha photographers should be excitef about this!
Watch the video to learn about the incredibly STUPID reason why your A1 and A7sIII cameras are not getting software updates like anamorphic desqueeze, lens breathing compensation and so forth. And if you agree with my message in the video please share it, like it and subscribe my channel. Because I am sure Sony will NOTICE this!
Funny thought: If the A7sIII would be renamed “FXsIII” it would have already gotten all new features via firmware update!
The body will be a new design. It will still have the evf on the left, but it will have a scroll wheel on the front under the shutter button. The grip is redesigned and more ergonomic. The body will be about 3mm deeper and 4mm taller.
Announcement date: beginning of July.
I am yet not 100% sure if those specs are correct, hope trusted sources will give me their feedback after reading this post. But to me those specs sound very reasonable and I explain you in my latest video why these might be correct:
$500 discount on the fast, reliable and for us photographers very useful portable Sandisk 4Tb hard disk sold by Amazon (Click here) and BHphoto (Click here).
A trusted source sent me a message yesterday and I have two questions I can only make him publicly as he only communicates through the anonymous contact box:
Surely there must be more lenses that just the two you mentioned…right?
Info on the A9III release time?
Thanks again! As usual I will be extremely careful with everything you share!
This huge advertising appeared yesterday in Hong Kong. On it Sony confirms the upcoming Sony Xperia 1 V has new low light sensor. ToF and RGBC-IR are gone.
Nya shared some details about the new sensor saying that type 1.0 (1″) could be matched by sensor 60% smaller (1/1.28″). I wonder if this sensor tech will make it on larger APS-C FF and MF camera sensors too!
TEASER: I am going to post first possible Sony A6700 specs today. I will post the specs on my Youtube channel and on SAR!
