On September 29, Viltrox will launch the 28mm f/4.5 FE Pancake lens on Indiegogo. This is a lens that I really want to test. It’s rare to get a lens like this with autofocus and decent image quality. Are you also considering getting a lens like this?
Our reader Wojciech noticed that on the latest leaked image of the DJI Mavic 4 you can see two cameras attached on it. UPDATE: One is a Sony camera and one is a Lumix camera (not two Sony cameras like reported before).
In the past, some companies have been caught using professional cameras to “simulate” the image quality of their products (see this recent example from Panasonic). An unethical behavior that I don’t think is being used by DJI. More likely they indeed think the new DJI Mavic Pro 4 image quality is very close to Full Frame cameras? What do you think about this?
We confirmed that some ILCE-7RM5 cameras may not start up due to a failed firmware update to Ver. 3.00. We are currently investigating the cause and suspending the update until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.
If your camera is already updated to Ver. 3.00 and starts up normally, it’s fine to continue using it.
