According to CameraBeta Fuji had over 500.000 Fujifilm X100VI preorders in China only! Consider that Fuji officially said that they can produce 15.000 X100VI cameras per month. So it would take them 33 months to cover the reorders they have NOW in China only.
Even if Fuji will be able to increase production it will take them YEARS to fulfill the demand that is coming from all over the world. This is very good news, because it show that there is HUNGER for real compact photo-centric cameras. No vlogging toys (sorry Sony ZV-1) or hybrid still/video camera…but true photocameras!
