(SR5) UPDATED: Sigma is going to announce many new native E-mount lenses this week!

Source 1:
I just got the following info from a new source which is now confirmed by a trusted source:

Sigma is going to announce tommorow (Feb 27) not one, but many native Sony FE Lens. Primes covering 14-135 mm ART Series. In the future, all new Art lens will be available for E-mount.

Trusted Source 2:
The trusted source added that there should be up to 9 lenses announced this week (he is not sure if the announcement is tomorrow or later into the week).

(SR5) One more image of the new Sigma 105mm f/1.4 ART lens (without the hood)

This is a new leaked image of the Sigma 105mm f/1.4 ART lens that will be announced within 1-2 days. It shows the Canon mount version but there will be a native Sony E-mount version too. As you can see the lens without hood looks way more compact than the image leaked yesterday.

There are still no details on the pricing yet but the lens will cost less than the Nikon 105mm lens (Check price at Amazon US and Amazon DE).

This is how the lens should look on the Sony A7rIII.
Note that the image shows the Canon mount version of the lens. The E-mount version should have a 26mm longer rear tube:

We got the exact time of the Sony announcement:
February 26 at 4pm Las Vegas time (midnight in London and 1 am of Feb 27 in Berlin)

Sony will announce a new “entry-mid” level Alpha camera. We have no 100% certainty yet but the best bet is on the new A7III.

Ladies and gentlemen…this is the first image of the new Sigma 105mm f/1.4 ART lens! It will be available for Nikon, Canon (image on top shows Canon version) and fot he first time for the Full Frame E-mount! The lens will be announced next week. Spread the word to all Sony community. This is a HUGE beast and should perform as well as the Nikon 105mm lens for a lot less $$$ (Check Nikon price at Amazon US and Amazon DE).
