This is just a reminder to say that yesterday Sony launched a great deal action on many SLT and NEX cameras. The only little bad news is that the deal doesn’t include the new A99. That’s the list:

The first generation Sigma lens for E-mount are now for sale for $99 each. Unlike the BHphoto offer you can also buy one single lens instead of the double kit. The 19mm is available here at Uniquephoto and the 30mm lens is also at Uniquephoto.

Important note: Sorry guys, the 30mm f/1.4 lens announced by Sigma today is NOT coming for A-mount. The first official press release posted on Dpreview contained an error (P.S.: check the comment section with people complaining). Damn, that was likely the most interesting lens announced by Sigma today :(

It’s not a big secret that I like Samyang/Rokinon lenses. I don’t care about the misisng autofocus. They are a high quality and at the same time cheap alternative for A-mount shooters.
