New Sony A77 prototype pictures at the Imaging show in Birmingham

Amateur Photographer reports that Sony confirmed the A77 will have a new improved electronic viewfinder, as well as high ISO settings ‘up into the hundreds of thousands’. The body shell will be made from magnesium alloy and the finished product will be priced in the same region as [shoplink 5117]Canon EOS 60D-type[/shoplink] products.

Thee are new pictures of the prototype at Pocket Lint and ePhotozine (found via Noisycamera). It looks like the same prototype we saw in march at the show in Yokohama.
