This is not an Alpha related news but it may be interesting for some of our readers: A source just sent me this:

Also a successor to the market leading FDR-X1000V will be introduced by appropriate partners and into the market. It will feature improved image quality and video resolution and frame rate.
From what I gathered this can mean the IMX318 Sensor will be used:
