(SR4) A6xxx could be announced the days between 20-23 May.

At last we have a more “solid” info about the possible new E-mount camera launch!

A long time trusted source contacted me to say that there is going to be a public E-mount event the days between May 20 and May 23. He has no details about the new camera(s) specs but it’s likely that Sony will announce a new A6xxx camera. He cannot confirm if the A7x (A7rII) camera will be announced on the same event although he is sure it’s coming soon.

A second source has been told by a Sony rep that the new A6xxx will replace [shoplink 36468 ebay]the NEX-7 too[/shoplink]. Don’t know if that means the A6xxx will get the tri-navi controls.

A third trusted source confirmed there is a Sony camera announcement scheduled for late May.
