Sigma temporarily suspends orders for the entire DC DN lens lineup

Sigma Japan issued the following statement:

Thank you for using Sigma products.

We have received orders for some lenses for mirrorless cameras that exceed our expectations, and production is not able to keep up with demand.
Therefore, we will temporarily stop accepting orders from today.
Also, it may take some time for the products you have already ordered to arrive at your doorstep. Thank you for your patience.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers and related parties who are waiting for the product.
We appreciate your continued patronage of our company and our products.

So the entire APS-C lineup preorders are on hold in Japan. I don’t know if this is valid for the rest of the world too. For now you can still regularly preorder the lenses at Amazon US&EU, BHphoto, Fotoerhardt and all other stores
