Sony says that they got the message about the “firmware complains” and the A1 and A7sIII will soon get Monitor & Control app support

Lensvid had a chat with Mr. Yann Salmon-Legagneur, Head of Imaging Products & Solutions Marketing. If you are focused on future products, this interview isn’t giving any info about that. But at the end of the video the manager at least recognized that Sony got the message about the firmware complains. Let’s see with the upcoming A1 firmware update if that’s the case ;)

One more news is that after the interview he told to Lensvid that the A1/A7S III (and other cameras not directly mentioned) will be compatible with the Monitor & Control app (support coming within Spring 2024).
