SonyAlphaBlog reviewed the new lens and concluded:

Compared to the Laowa 9mm F5.6 FF RF W-Dreamer it offers similar sharpness , lower vignetting but less good resistance to flare. Its field of view is a bit narrower (132° vs 135°)
